I think people need to have realistic expectations when you bring your pet to an emergency vet just like everything else if something worse comes in you go to the bottom of the heap. Having said that when I did get seen I felt like I got great care everyone in this office was very nice and I will say this , i actually appreciate the front desk staff being honest with me about the wait time it sets expectations and as long as I know the expectation I have no problem with it. Would definitely come back here again

Our dog Duke bloated a couple weeks ago. We were an hour away. No places near us to could deal with bloat so they recommended Stark County. We called ahead to let them know we were coming and would be there in an hour. The person who was on the phone with me was so kind and calm. I was freaking out because our dog was suffering and crying in pain. When my husband got there, the staff there was ready to take him back immediately. We were fully prepared to lose Duke that night. But they saved our big boy's life. He got to celebrate his birthday the other day because of them. He got his stitches removed and his last dose of antibiotics. They kept in touch the entire time, and even sent over the information to our primary vet. From start to finish they were amazing! They are expensive, which is to be expected. Any animal ER is. But I'm truly thankful these guys were here and ready. In the nicest way possible, hopefully we won't have to see them again any time soon!

Best experience I've ever had at an emergency vet. Staff was kind and very knowledgeable. I absolutely loved that I could call/visit anytime 24/7. For something that was so scary and traumatic, they went above and beyond to help us save our sweet baby Bear. Huge shout-out to Jessie the vet tech!! Everyone was wonderful, but she really made my daughter and I feel like Bear would be ok and that she actually cared! Thank you so much to everyone that helped save Bears life. We are eternally grateful!

Our dog Wick suffered any injury when we were out of town and as soon as we returned we took him to Stark County Vet Clinic. We unexpectedly had to make the decision to let him go. It was such a a heartbreaking day but the staff were amazing with us and with Wick! From the phone call on the way up to the last few minutes, everyone was so kind and loving with our boy and us. We were given treats for him and so much time before and after to love on him. They even waited for my son to come say his goodbye from work. We even got his ashes back in a few days and they took extra paw prints and nose prints of our sweet boy before we left that day. We are missing our Wick and wish circumstances were way different, but thank you so much making the last few hours with our boy comfortable for him and for giving us the time to spend with him.

Our 16 year old family cat had reached a point where euthanasia was the only option. We called on our way and they assured us we would be taken in to a room as quickly as possible. When we arrived that is precisely what happened. The entire care team communicated well and showed great empathy for the situation. Can’t thank them enough for helping with Lilly

We brought our sick dog at 10pm on a Sunday and they were great! Out in 90 minutes. Is it expensive? Yes! What emergency medical things aren’t? I would be glad to go back bc they are honest up front about the cost and give you no pressure options.

We took our dog here at 12:00 am on Sunday, 3/1. We thought for sure we would have to put her to sleep. Paisley could not stand, walk, vomited 3 times and had very rapid eye movement. It turns out she had Vestibular Disease (like vertigo in people). She stayed there two days and now she is almost 100% now. Every person we encountered was very friendly and knowledgeable. We went home each day knowing that she was in very good hands. They told us we could visit and we could call as many times as we wanted. I would highly recommend them and we would not hesitate to go there again if we needed to. They deserve 5 stars!

The worst day of my life was on may 24th this year. When I had to say goodbye to my sweet princess. She had what we believed to be heart failure. At 6pm that day she was running around acting okay. And at 8pm her precious heart attacked her and she couldn’t breathe without having her head all the way up in the air. I found peace knowing I did the right thing and not letting her suffer. And I believe she gave me and my family so much love her heart just ran out of love for herself. When I got into the parking lot a vet / nurse came out and me and my wife forget her name but she was so helpful and understanding. Today I went and got her ashes and everyone there tells me to have a great day and they’re sorry for our loss. When they themselves have a tough day / night ahead of them. I’ll always miss my sweet princess but I’m blessed we took her to the right place for us not to feel judgement and for her to stop suffering. She’s in heaven now 🤍🪽 thank you all and god bless. Pray that my princess isn’t upset because we are upset. But instead she’s up there playing and she’s ready for me when I come because she was my soul dog.

Brought my cat Gus here for what ended being a urinary blockage. As soon as I brought him in they immediately took him back to triage. Within an hour I had an answer to what was wrong and a care plan. He had to spend 2 days at the vet and every staff member I encountered was amazing, everyone encouraging call as many times as you want day or night, come visit him anytime, never making me feel like it was a bother. My bill ended up even being a little less than what I was quoted.

Friday, our cat hadn’t gone to the bathroom, ate, or drank anything in about 24 hours. We called and we were able to be seen. The tech was so kind, the vet was able to give us 2 very different quotes.. lower end and highest end. We tried the lower end, and thankfully by Monday she had come around to her normal self. I cried, I panicked, I almost took her back Saturday night but she was trying to tell us she was ok! And our Georgia is eating, going to the litter box playing and back to her baseline! Thank you isn’t ever going to be enough for letting us have more time with our fur baby, but thank you to everyone who took the time to talk to us and give us options on treatment plans for her!!!
